I always love it when I get to photograph friends of mine. We met big sister G when she was just a newborn, so it has been so much fun watch them grow! She was so enamored by her new little sister. This family is full of so much love and I had so much fun at this session! Baby Ava is too cute for words!  

Whoo hoo - 2 weeks down! Feels good. Only 50 more to go! haha. After a weekend back home for a family passing and a nasty flu, life is getting back to normal. I had a lovely weekend of remembrance, reflection and celebration with family.

Well, here it is. I've taken the plunge and decided to embark on a 365 project. I will take a photo everyday for the year of 2015. The point, for me, is to grow as an artist, push myself creatively and document my life for 365 days. I don't plan on "nailing" the shot every single day, but I do hope that I can capture the little things in my life that make me smile and I hope to look back on these photos and remember my daughters' little hands, their messy hair and sweet giggles. Last round of minis - blogged! We had a wonderful (and chilly) day for my last round of 2014 minis. It had been quite warm out so we were losing some snow, but found some patches around the park! These were so, so fun - I look forward to next year! :)

I was contacted by a sister of this beautiful family who wanted to buy a session for them as a birthday gift for the mom - what a great idea! The looked the look of the park from my other posts so we headed there for our shoot. These guys make my job look so easy - what a gorgeous family inside and out!

I was lucky enough to be invited into this family's home to photograph their new little bundle! I knew them from back out east so I was honoured to be able to share this with them. Paige was the quietest baby ever! I loved the personal touches we were able to incorporate such as the crane mobile - made from the cranes from their wedding, or the little owl hat dad picked out months ago.

Back by popular demand before the snow fell - more minis! It was starting to get a bit cooler, but these families were warm and full of love!
